NY Custom Playrooms was founded by Tiffany Sabharwal with a simple philosophy: children’s spaces should be just as thoughtfully designed as the rest of the home.

As a mother of three with a background in interior design, Tiffany understands firsthand that a beautiful space also needs to work for real family life. Her approach combines elevated, timeless design with thoughtful organization, functionality, and the flexibility to evolve as children grow.

From playrooms and children’s bedrooms to nurseries and shared family spaces, each project is tailored to the family who lives there—balancing personality and playfulness with a refined aesthetic that feels cohesive with the rest of the home.

Based in Westchester, Tiffany works with families throughout New York City, NJ, Westchester, Long Island and the Hamptons, with virtual design services available nationwide.
